We offer doorstep repair, inspection, gas filling, and maintenance services as per appointment and availability.

All services are provided by trained technicians, either employed by or partnered with Refit Service Center.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Customers can book services via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Bookings are confirmed based on technician availability.

  • Appointment time may vary depending on location, traffic, and workload.

  • Refit Service Center reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings if necessary.

3. Service Charges and Payments

  • Visiting or inspection charges may apply and will be informed before the technician visit.

  • Final service charges depend on the issue diagnosed and parts required.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

  • Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer after service completion.

4. Parts and Warranty

  • Only genuine or compatible spare parts are used with the customer’s approval.

  • Warranty, if applicable, is provided only for replaced parts or repair work as specified on the invoice.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse or physical damage

    • Voltage fluctuations or water damage

    • Damage due to third-party repair

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit.

  • Once a service is completed, charges are non-refundable.

  • If the technician cannot complete the repair due to part unavailability, rescheduling or partial refund may apply at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of the appliance and issue during booking.

  • Ensure technician access to the appliance and a safe working environment.

  • Verify service completion and confirm satisfaction before payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Refit Service Center is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing appliance issues, negligence, or misuse by the customer.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Refit Service Center.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, engage in data scraping, or disrupt functionality.
