Refund & Cancellation Policy – Refit Service Center

At Refit Service Center, our goal is to deliver a seamless, dependable, and transparent experience for all our clients.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy details the conditions under which you can cancel a booking or request a refund for our refrigerator and home appliance repair services.

1. Service Booking

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, a technician's visit will be arranged based on availability.

  • We ask clients to provide accurate contact details and addresses when booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled visit time without any charge.

  • If a technician is en route or has reached your location, a visit charge may be incurred even if the service is canceled.

  • If the client is unavailable at the specified address during the scheduled time, the booking may be designated as “No Show”, and a service charge may still apply.

3. Refund Policy

  • Service charges are non-refundable after the successful completion of repair work.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved due to unavailability of parts, you may opt to:

    • Reschedule the service once the necessary part is available, or

    • Request a refund of any advance payment (if applicable).

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Advance Payments

  • In certain situations, an advance payment may be required for parts procurement or special repairs.

  • If you cancel the service before any parts have been ordered or the technician has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

  • If parts have already been purchased or ordered, the cost of those parts will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The issue was explained and accepted prior to the repair, and the service was executed accordingly.

  • The appliance developed a new issue unrelated to the initial repair.

  • The customer declined to proceed with the repair after diagnosis but after the technician’s visit.

  • Any damage caused due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or external factors after repair.
